We will be moving a subset of our servers in the London location to a new area in the datacenter. The affected IPs will be any that start with 212.187.xxx.xxx or 217.163.xxx.xxx. All voice services in the location will also be affected by this move. IPs that begin with 173.199.xxx.xxx will not be affected.

This move is expected to begin around 10:00am BST (London Time) on Thursday, October 13th. We expect this process to take up to 8 hours to complete, although some services may return sooner as equipment is powered up.

This move will be allowing us to improve our network capabilities, which will offer better performance as we grow.

I have been told the TS server was down earlier today it is now down again. The down time earlier is referanced on the server hosts site as a network outage at the data center. This may well be a re-occarance of that fault but i have raised a support ticket with them so it is resolved quickly

Restriction on activites of guests on TS3 have been re-instigated, as such if you have friends comming on to the teamspeak server you will need to add t hem to the 'Friends of Sure' group to avoid these restrictions.

Any member of suRe can add people to this group you dont need to ask an officer or admin.

Posted Jul 03 09:25 EDT London is currently having an outage, and we are awaiting information from our network provider in that location as to the cause and an ETA on repair.

Once we have more information, we will update this alert.

This is the data center where our TS3 server is running so it will be offline till the data center's service is restored.
