If I could make a recommendation about a game that has generated a cult and that is now available on about every platform possible : Beyond Good and Evil. I'm sure everyone will like it, because it's just one of the best game ever made (and I'm really not just saying this). On top of that, the main character is a bad ass woman and the world she evolves in is gorgeous.
