sorry guys, Its been a long time since I last checked up on the server. Right now, there is an issue with the automated registration service. This service was supposed to automatically enable your membership upon joining (given a grace period of 1 hour) the steam group, unfortunately this service is broken as of the moment (issues with the service provider). Sorry for this inconvenience...I'll try to look it up and see what I can do about it.
