What's a Blackmark?:
Blackmark is what you recieve when you break the important rules. You will be punished and given a blackmark, each mark makes you one step closer to getting evicted from the group.

Description: The basic start rank, this rank is held until you have proved yourself worthy of becoming a full member.
Blackmark Limit: 2
Dress Code: Default Citizen Clothes

|Basic Member|
Description: First official ranking into the group. Once you finish trial, you become an official member. This rank is the beginning of your Slums "life".
Blackmark Limit: 3
Dress Code: Any clothing, except the default citizen and Slick.

|Prestiged|
Description:Trusted and Dependable.
These guys follow the rules of the server, group, and do everything to not piss me off.
Blackmarks: 3
Dress Code: Slick Clothes (ONLY)

Description: The most trusted members of the group, these guys are considered officers. They can make orders to almost anyone in the group.

1. Never take/borrow other members belongings without their permission.

2. Once you join, you are tagged as one of us.
*Breaking a tag by changing to a rival gang will resolve in unwanted endings for you*

3. Do not leave the gang without informing someone first.
- Also define a brief reason as to why.

4. The Gang Suits must be worn at all times.

5. You must always have ammo for at least one weaponry. (This is in case of an emergency shootout)

6. Please refrain from interrupting, arguing, or ignoring the leader. (Bloodlust Hero)

- All available gang members pummel you unconcious. You are not allowed to recoil any of these attacks.

I am returning the title of Slums.
Slums will be brought back up and remade.
There is a lot of work to put into Slums this time.

I will currently be adding, changing, and removing:

- Adding Branches
- Adding Council Decisions, somewhat created like a court.
- Adding a seperate forums for the group.
- Adding specific group car colors.

- Changed Tolerance.
* I will not put up with anyone anymore. If you ♥♥♥♥ up, you will be evicted from the group with no warnings.

- All large decisions will be made by the council.
* This can include; Alliances, Council Elections, Council Demotions, Specific Promotions, Recruiting, and possibly more.

- At ALL times, the Council must know what's going on around everywhere. The Council members are of importance and are the most trusted of the group. They need to keep track of everything so they know who they are allowed to turn against. If they are unsure, discuss your questions or information with the Lord or another Council member.

NOTE: Any member from the Council, or even any member of the group at all, is NOT allowed to take a fee from the recruits.

- Slums operations will now actually be held at the Slums streets in the city.
- Growing is allowed.
- Do NOT raid, rob, mug, or steal from anyone without getting permission. Breaking trust, alliance, or order will not be tolerated. Some people are of importance to us, always check who matters, and who doesn't, before making any effective decisions. The Council can make these decisions, but can be easily removed from their position.

Note: I have been banned for Propblocking.. (Which is a horrible ban because it was untrue.)
About 12 hours left until the ban is lifted. I was banned for 24 hours. Tomorrow is another day, being banned gives me time to get the group set up.

Other Information:

Ohdear has been promoted due to an excellent shot, being dependable when in a death-related situation. Saved my as a good half-a-dozen times.

Geno has been there since day one, although betrayed us once. He now has become a loyalist again, enjoy.
