Reported for loosing the lane?!?

Reported for playing bad?
Reported for being female?
Reported for being russian?

DotA2 is a great game, but it sucks when people report players for
(1) Not playing like a professional player. If you don't fail intentionally and picked a hero that you are feeling comfortably with, you have the right to loose your lane, cause loosing is part of this game.
(2) Being russian. There are nice russians and stupid russians like there are nice americans and stupid americans. Flaming them only because of the country where they come from is not okay. Flaming them cause they can't talk English isn't okay either. If they try to cooperate and play with the team, there is no reason to report them. Of course there are russian trolls as well, but then you report for being a troll, not for being a russian.
(3) Being female. Good that this happens very rarely to me, but there are players, that curse the game in the beginning, when they find out that i am female. They start to whine, that there are no chances to win cause of a female player in the team.

I created this group to deal with all the flaming that happens to a DotA2 player. I myself get angry when i have a "complete noob" in the team that is - in my opinion - just feeding and doing nothing for the team, but... it is never the fault of the player, except if they feed intentionally. When you have to play with people higher level than you, it happened randomly. And it is just ridiculous if you get reported for being not their level, cause you didn't even choose to play with them. Therefore: "Safe the noobs!" Tell them what they can do better, instead of reporting them for playing like they play. If people start to realize that DotA2 is still a game and that part of playing this game is learning how to play it, it would become a much more flame-free place. :-)
