You realise Medieval was before rome? Its either Medieval 3 or Rome 2 the next game. Chances are its medieval 3.

I decided a few weeks ago to work through all the Rome TW factions again. Finishing up the Julii first (my favorite). I needed a new disc for backup so I bought the Battle Pack of TW games. All I can say is that the Rome game has not yet got old. I still love to play it!.

i would like to see a further interaction with you and your empire on a new tw,as opposed to just looking at it on the map, they should bring back the"view settlement on the battlemap" and generraly as i said increase that interaction, it makes you feel more involved, thats why i like the pre gunpowder games!

I hope so a R2TW would be awesome.

There was nothing wrong with the original Rome: Total War formula. The rival city states proved a fun part of the Roman campaign. It's time for Rome II: Total War! It's been long enough.

All of us would definitely have to hope for a more complete game(better than RTW) if they did make a ROME II. Hopefully CA can use their new WARSCAPE ENGINE. I know my fingers are crossed! BTW, i'm happy to join this ELITE group of wishful ROME II game lovers!

I must have played the battle of the Trebia a couple dozen times before RTW came out and I'd totally love RTWII. It's by far the coolest era. I just wish they would let a line move gradually backward when under pressure, instead of just standing their ground until it routs, so that one could use cool tactics such as the double envelopment Hannibal used at Cannae.

Rome II : Total War can be Awesome ! But please don't forget Shogun !!! =)
