To the right of the group's profile, there is a panel. There should be something like "edit group permissions" At the top there will be something to change that. Also to make someone owner or moderator its in the members section. Just click the star.

Okay, Im having a tough time trying to create this logo, I'm a bit rusty with photo editing. I've gotten a friend working on it for me, he said that he might have it finished by monday, Ill still try to work on it and finish it before him but if that isnt the case then he will have it done. I also am visiting family for the week anyways, so its not like I have access to professional type stuff. Sorry.
