Players present after tomorrow's wipe will get a dozen radpills to start with, in celebration of my 1000th hour on Rust! Please keep in mind Oxide+plugins will not be up immediately after the update comes in.

UPDATED and RUNNING! Took out some extra useless plugins to fix lag. Should be stellar after forced wipe.

A MAX 400 PING limit has been installed (hopefully temporarily!) to prevent recent lag issues related to Oxide and the update.
