We hold secure and professional raffles, and to make sure you understand we have made this subsection to explain, so here are the basic concepts:

• Raffles have certain number of 'tickets' which are traded for, the raffle holder must show the price per ticket (in whatever payment they ask for e.g. scrap, ref, keys e.c.t) and must not change the price for anyone.
  
• The raffle holder keeps a secure list of entrances to his/her raffle and make sure the ticket holders are noted for each ticket purchased.
  
• Once the raffle is complete you must give the items to the winning party.
  
• For a random selection use some form of randomizer online, a good suggestion would be ranomizer online[www.random.org]. Proof of this must be shown in the form of a video or screenshot posted on the listed page.
  
• The winning party should collect the item(s) within several days of bieng announced, if the item is not collected, there are no refunds.
  
• Winners should be chosen fairly, do not keep randomizing it until it is someone you know! - Doing this will result in permanent ban.

Make sure that the raffle lister is a trusted member of the group and that all the procedure is followed, if not contact an admin immediatly.

1. Never impersonate anyone, especially moderators or Valve employees.

2. Do not try to scam people, scamming is strictly prohibited.

3. No phishing

4. No advertising your group or anything else unless I give you explicit permission

5. No refunds

6. All mods/admins are limited to a maximum of 4 raffles. You must finish before you can start another. All old copies of announcements should be deleted to ensure a less cluttered record, and no deleting of finished raffles will be allowed.
