the website has been down since around 2016.
as someone that's into image boards, and has HEAVILY been into OFF since around 2021, man, this pains the ♥♥♥♥ out of me. im just looking at the site on the wayback machine (it's been very well archived if you want to go look at it) and it just makes me sad. it's from a bygone era where going on image boards didn't associate you with like, insane nazi doods, you'd see people posting their art with tumblr and deviant art watermarks, and ocassional homestuck posts (lol)
♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, i wish i hadn't missed out on this. if an OFFchan revival happens, get me, i'll post OC everyday i ♥♥♥♥♥♥ swear.
