Hello ALL STAFF,

This message is to let all of my staff team know what rank does what, if you need to find the staff rules go onto the forums under staff info I think it is. If not search the forums page!

Trial-Moderator/Moderator
These are the two ranks where you learn, grow, and realize your place as a staff member on the server. You help out your higher ups when needed, and take as many sits as you can. You need to learn how to be good staff, and ask questions whenever you have them to become a better staff member. Learn the ropes and improve on yourself, dont worry if you make a couple of mistakes and try to learn from them. As a trial mod/mod we count on you to be some of the first staff members the players see and make a good impression on them.

Head Moderator
As a head moderator you should have learned most of the things that you need to do as a staff member and a part of the community. You should be active, helping the new moderators/trial moderators, and continuing to improve as a staff member. You should help out the trial mods/mods below you and be helpful and friendly to the new mods that come to you with questions. Head Mods should be more knowlegeable on the rules, and should be good well rounded staff.

Senior Moderator
As a Senior Moderator you are a trusted mod that has shown he can deal with the problems that you have to deal with as a staff member. You watch over all of the mods below you and make sure that they are in check and helping the server out to the best of their ability. And if they arent you report it to a higher up, or try to fix it yourself if it was something minor. We trust you to help the mods and deal with them sternly if you need to. Senior Mods should be leaders of the lower mods, and should help the higher ranks with dealing with the mods.

Admin
As an Admin you have shown to the community and your fellow staff that you are a good staff and someone you can depend on. You help out the higher ups, talk to them about who is doing good and who is doing bad. You keep the server going and make sure everything is running smoothly while you are on. If anyone lower than you comes to you with questions you should be able to answer it correctly while being nice. We trust you to help the server, and set a good example for the staff below you.

Head-Admin
As a Head-Admin you are a very trusted and well known staff member, who the higher ups know wont fail them or defy them. You keep all the staff in check, and report back to the super admins about how the server is going and if everyone is doing a good job as staff. You are one of the top staff, and you know the people below you and what they are capable of. And you are one of the most active on the server. We trust you to be the eyes and the ears of the super admins, and to know the rules inside and out.

Senior-Admin
As a Senior-Admin you are most likely good friends with the super admins and know how to do a damn good job at being staff. You are just one step down from a super admin, and have huge say in who gets staff and who loses staff. You deal with the server problems that only you as a Senior-Admin would be able to deal with, lessening the work on the supers and setting an example for the whole staff team as you do your job as staff. We trust you, you wont let us down, and you are one of the best staff on the team.

Super Admin
As a Super Admin you run the server, promote people, demote people, and listen to the staff team about their needs and wants. People look up to you, and you have some of the highest power on the server. You run the staff team, and mold it into your liking. Everyone trusts you to make this a good, and fun server.
