Heavy
- Natasha: x100 firing speed, x2 max secondary ammo, x2 slower spinup time, 50% damage penalty, 70% less max ammo
- Family Business: x3.75 clip size, 50% damage bonus, x10 firing speed, x10 reload speed, 80% more accurate, only 1 bullet per shot, x2.82 max secondary ammo (total 90 max)
Dev's note: The Family Business now functions as an assault rifle type of weapon.
- Warrior's Spirit: x1.75 damage bonus, x2 firing speed, +120 HP, 15% less move speed, no healing from Medics and no overheal

Engineer
- Southern Hospitality: x10 sentry range, x5 slower sentry firing speed, x1.3 building cost, x5 slower build speed, replaces sentries with mini sentries

- AWPer Hand: 20% damage bonus, damage dealt is returned as ammo, 33% slower firing speed, 20 slower move speed, 95% less max ammo, 20% longer weapon switch

Spy
- Enforcer: x2 clip, x10 faster fire rate, x3 slower reload, 34% damage penalty, 1% less accurate
- Diamondback: x3 damage bonus, 3s bleed on hit, 90% smaller clip size, x3 slower reload, 85% less max ammo
