Holidays may be over, though I am looking into hosting another TDM event this month. I'd like to host it on a day where most people will be available. The hosted event over the holidays took place on a day where lots of people were busy and/or unavailable. I'd like to gather info on a day where most people are available. If you're interested in joining, feel free to provide days of availability. Fridays and weekends preferred due to school semester starting again. Be sure to provide the time of availability and time zone. I will try to schedule a day based on the majority of availability.

I promised Update 13 would be released before the holiday has finished, which unfortunately isn't the case. The update video IS being worked on but requires more relevant footages to fill in the video. For those who are eager to see the new update, I have a sneak peek video (20 seconds long) which contains a clip which is part of Update 13.

The update video ended up bigger than I thought, so I'm still gathering some footages without reusing existing footages too frequently and to properly demonstrate the changes in the update.

Here's a quick breakdown of what's included in Update 13
-Stealth/Enemy Health Bar changes
-Movement System Changes
-New Weapon Mechanics
-Ninja and Sentinel
-Jump Pads

A feature that isn't mentioned in the future update video that did get updated into Nexum are team spawn barriers.

If you've played Nexum's most recent web player link, it includes all the new changes that will be mentioned in Update 13. The video will provide detailed breakdown of the changes.

I had the post this announcement quickly because some people did not get a notification with the posted event date. Sorry for posting this last minute. The event will take place on Dec. 22nd at 4:00pm EST. You can practice with the provided game link prior to the event. I look forward to seeing you there.

Wanna play Nexum with other people? Come join the fun and try out Nexum with other people online. There are 5 playable characters at the moment. Remember that this game is a work in progress. You may encounter some bugs. Not all characters have their models yet or fully animated. There are missing elements that are yet to be implemented.

It's almost time for the holiday break! (Maybe some of you are already on holidays) Starting this Saturday, game development will resume back on Nexum. It's been a busy exam week, drastically slowing the development for the time being. Once the school semester is over, hopefully I can cover the following over the holidays.

-Update 13 (another long overdue video)
-Playtesting events
-Character model implementation (no more player capsules!)
-FPS arm models

Extra (if I get a lot of progress done)
