Madison eSports

Official UW-Madison eSport Club that revolves around competition in Video Games is finally here. We have finalized all of the paperwork and renamed former UW Madison Starcraft II Club into eSports Club. For official membership in the UW system, Join WIN network

Some of the games that we are looking to organize are Starcraft 2, League of Legends, Dota2, Heroes of Newerth, Counter-Strike: Global Offense, Modern Warfare 3 and Diablo 3. However we are in no way limited to just those, if you have any interest in competitive gaming, then you belong here :)

Besides organizing CSL SC2 team (which did amazing in 2012) we are looking forward to launch or help organize a LoL team as well to get our name out there.

We traveled to a number of LAN events, such as Indiana, Minnesota, Illinois and brought home thousands of dollars worth of winnings.

We organize Barcrafts, In-Club Tournaments and chill out sessions.

A TeamSpeak Server is ready for use. Server is up and running. To install TeamSpeak please go to http://www.teamspeak.com/ At this moment TS3 is one of the best programs out there and blows the competition out of the water.

We have a couple of separate groups of 3-4 people playing and feel free to form your own groups, if you need to create more channels, you all should be able to create temporary channels within.
