Really good fast food restaurant but with one big flaw

I love occasionally to eat here but, since I am disabled person in a wheelchair it is really annoying fact for me, that McDonald's here in Novi Sad is not disabled friendly.
Not a one ramp. Not even mobile one.
I was writing emails a lot of time, even appealing on social networks because of that, but still no answer.
Extremely unprofessional.
