Learn2Play (hosted by Nexzil) - Natural Selection II, is a group that is focused on helping new players deal with the rough learning curve in Natural Selection II.

This will include a group with seasoned players to talk to, tutorial videos with helpful commentary and gameplay, and links to helpful stuff!

Our goal is to help new players quickly understand the mechanics and gameplay behind NS2 to have a more fun experience as they play the game!

I've put together a reference sheet [imgur.com] I've been circulating on Reddit and the forums. It's far from complete, but has some of the unlock chains and the keyboard shortcuts for everything

A basic command guide would definitely help. Players seem to get most dicouraged when they hop into the chair and get yelled at for not knowing what they're doing.

Alien team especially has this issue.

many players havent seen this before and so it can make a full team lose alot of times.
even i have lil trouble on commander stuff i dont know all shorcuts and all :P
