Invisible Trees=Server Lag-GMs are working on solution

Since the last patch we have been encountering many invisible tree patchs. It turns out that theses invisible tree areas are causing a horrific amount of servr lag and are happening across the board server wise.

We the Gm's have begun clear-cutting( and removing the stumps afterwards) of these areas. It will take us probably a couple of days to find the last few holdouts.

We also need help, if you hit them while riding a horse or running, please report them to a GM. If no GM is on, make a mental note and tell us later.

Server Issues - Decay will be turned on.

After talking to James from Ping Perfect tonight he informed me that some of the issues that is causing the lag is due to the amount of junk on the server. Dead settlements, animal carcasses, dropped bags, logs ..... is all contributing to the high cpu usage. We will be turning on decay to help clean up the server. This will affect items that are not on a claim. Mines, stone walls, terraforming will also be affected. Decay will return the map slowly back to it's natural state.

Decay will cause stress on your claim's monuments. If you need assistance feeding your monument please contact a GM and well will provide you gold nuggets to feed the monument.

This will go into effect on 3/26/2016 early in the morning sometime after the normal daily server restart. I will make a announcement in global that I will be bringing the server down.

Server decay will only stay on until the map has been cleaned up.

Servers disappeared with the update this morning.

Largest population LiF server I've ever seen.
A few, mostly stable, mods that make gameplay a little more smooth.
Active and numerous GM's; very little GM abuse from what I've seen.
Occasional Lag but less than most servers.
Has a Server Rules page but all are reasonable.
Seen MANY greifers and troublemakers banned with their SteamID's.
Helpful and knowledgeable population that are helping with MMO prep too.

All in all 9/10
