Kheldhinn's Crusaders HAKKINDA

Celebrating the RPGs that defined the genre; discovering new classics along the way.

I remember a time when game developers focused on gameplay and writing more than advertisement and merchandising. I remember buying a game on release day and getting a finished product, not a buggy, untested mess that required patching before you could even play it. There were no preorder incentives, no DLC, and no tacked on expansions to finish the story.

This community is all about remembering those cherished moments with the games we loved and discovering new releases worthy of our attention. Join us on Twitch [twitch.tv] as we play through games new and old seeking that all important factor that gaming is simply all about: fun.

STREAMING SCHEDULE

My streaming schedule is as follows:

Mon: 6:00 - 10:00 p.m. central (GMT -6)
Tue: Off
Wed: 6:00 - 10:00 p.m. central (GMT -6)
Thu: Off
Fri: 6:00 - midnight (or later) central (GMT-6)
Sat: 6:00 - midnight (or later) if scheduled. Check events.
Sun: 6:00 - 10:00 p.m. central (GMT -6)

THE GAMES

Since most of the games I play are narrative heavy, I'll do my best to stick to the set schedule. If you happen to miss parts of the story, they will be posted to the YouTube channel as quickly as I can manage. That being said, the stream is arranged into two blocks:

Sun, Mon, Wed: RPG/Story Block - This will be whatever game is the stream focus at the time. As this community grows (hopefully) upcoming titles may be voted on.

Fri, Sat: Co-op/Action Block - Weekend games will mainly consist of more action heavy titles, or co-op games when applicable.

Schedule for the rest of the year

Hey Crusaders! October is a big month, so just thought I would throw a quick update out to let you know what will be happening on stream. NieR should be finished by mid month, which will leave a few days to get further into Disgaea 5 (which will likely be my weekend game for the next few weeks). On October 20th, Tales of Zestiria will be the main stream game until we finish it.

November does see the release of Fallout 4, but we will likely not get to that until early next year. November I hope to use to finish up Witcher 3, Suikoden 4, and if time permits, a little bonus game (it's a secret).

The first week of December means the release of Xenoblade Chronicles X, probably my most anticipated game this year. We will be playing that non-stop until completion. Then, January 27th marks my one year stream annivesrsary, and we will revisit the wonderful world of Star Ocean 4 for a full playthrough with Lymle.

It should be a good end of the year, and a good finish to my first year streaming for you all. I hope you've enjoyed it as much as I have, and I look forward to the future of the Crusaders!
