Counter Strike Team

A team I'm forming if you'd like to join you have to be GN4 - DMG.
I'm only Nova 4 so I'd like to have a 10 man team that I can rank up with and be in the same skill tier with. I can only play with GNM - MGE tho cause I just like having a challenge.
