We're closing... well, as far as my management goes at least.

Things in the fast year or so have been slow for CapricaRP, and without any motivation to work on it nor the time to do so, I'm having to leave to persue my own endevours of constructing a network.

Goodbye fellow players, enjoy your time here at the ever inactive CapricaRP.

This is just a quick announcment to talk a bit about the delays currently happening. This first of the delays is just that we, as the head staff team cannot decide what to do, as far as I know the plan is going ahead, however there is little communication between us as Olly, our owner, is ill and has been offline for quite a while, which makes getting word around difficult.

All you need to know is that we are working on things, just slowly.
I hope you will stick with us while we fix the issues that have risen.

This is a message for Staff Members

As many of you saw from the previous announcment, we are planning a host-switchover. If the plan goes ahead, there's a big chance that there will be a new Staff Format. By this, I mean I - as Staff Manager - Shall place our current staff in a more formatted, official way. This formatting period could cause some demotions to fit with the format, however this is unlikely.

Below I have produced an early draft of the format, just to give some context to what I mean.

I must make it clear that when the new format comes into place, every staff member will be personally notified by myself via steam message or via email (if supplied).

This is a message from the Head Staff team
At this moment in time, the server is experiencing issues from the recent GMod update, the new ULX update & some other server-side issues that we believe to be as a consequence of the help team at our host company.

As I am not dealing with the situation directly, I feel I don't have the right to blame for any of this, however we have had problems with our host before.
This brings me on to my next topic, Server Host Switch-Over.

We are currently debating taking the server down for a short period of time to carry out a host switch-over, in which we pass our server files to a new host company which offers us much cheaper and more reliable hosting. Of course, this is administrative stuff that you perhaps don't need to know about.

OVERVIEW
Basically, as an overview, the server will be down on and off for the next day or two (at the least) to allow us to carry out vital repairs to damage caused by our host's general support team. We are very sorry that this has had to happen so soon in the server's excistance, and we hope you understand the situation we are currently in. Thank you for reading

Gmod has updated! Good new, right? wrong. This update could mean some of our addons don't work as well as they used to, however evrything we NEED does still work.

While on the topic of addons, I must tell you to visit our addon page and REDOWNLOAD ALL THE ADDONS AFTER UPDATING GMOD!. If this is not done, you'll have more errors than the Queen does servants! Seriously Download the addons AFTER the update, not before, otherwise you'll solve nothing.

I hope you understand that we have nothing to do with this update, and that it is just something we have to work with, not against.
