[UPDATE] DarkRP Server Update 0.8V Beta

Hi,

As there wasn't an update for a long time I will post one now. The DarkRP server has made a lot of progress but is not really finished yet so I will release it as 'beta' which will just mean I haven't been able to finish everything for it. Also working on a edit of downtown V6 but for now rp_downtown_v6_dtg_c will be used.

During this week sometime I will unlock the server and let people on who are interested, and then hopefully receive some feedback on what I can improve on it but remember it is not finished yet so there may be bugs. :-)

What is included in 0.8V BETA? Here is list of most stuff that will be included:

JOBS:

- Citizen

- Hobo (Build a small base anywhere, search through Dumbsters (Bins) or pee at people...)

- Mayor (In charge of the town, PD and Government Police Forces / SWAT, sets taxes)

- Police Chief (In charge of the PD and Police Officers)

- Police Officer (Keep the streets clean & keep PD secure)

- S.W.A.T Commander ( In charge of the complete S.W.A.T Team Force)

- S.W.A.T (Mostly do raiding, follow Commanders Orders)

- Gun Dealer (Sell Small Arms, Assault Rifles, SMG's, Ammo)

- Heavy Gun Dealer (Sell Heavy Weapons, Specialties, Ammo)

- Thief (Raid: Bases, PD, steal Government Tax money)

- Hitman (Kill people for money)

- Banker ( Store peoples Printers Legally or anything else that may be valuable)

- Fisher (Go to the lake with the small beach, buy one of the three rods or a harpoon and start hunting for fish, fish can be sold at a NPC)

- Theater Manager (Be in charge of the cinema, charge for people who want to watch their YouTube videos etc.)

- Drug Dealer (Cook and make all sorts of drugs and sell them on)

- Farmer (Either have nice grass area to grow your different kind of plants and fruits or have them grow nice and safe inside with heating lamps)

- American Gang Leader (Be in charge of your American Gang Members and start building your huge base or making that plan to raid the Governments money)

- American Gang Member

- Russian Gang Leader (Literally do the same as the American, just they are big enemies or maybe they will make a peace treaty)

- Russian Gang Member

- Mechanic (Have your own workshop, where you can repair players car or even get your tow truck out and start towing players cars to your garage for repair)

Other features on the server:

- Economy with taxes, which can be set my the mayor pressing F2, stacks of money can be stolen which will decrease Governments money.

- Organisations NPC, create organisations with players / friends.

- Fisher Man NPC, sell your fish.

- Drug Dealer's NPC, Sell your cooked drugs.

- Farmer NPC, sell your fruits and all sorts of flowers there.

- Bailbonds Man NPC, bail players out of jail for certain amount of money.

Commands & Keys:

F1: List of DarkRP commands

F2: Tax settings (Mayor Only) & Pointshop 2

F3: Enables cursor, easy when using the voting window

F4: DarkRP Menu to buy Entities, Jobs

F5: Opens up the suggestions window, now even easier to make suggestions towards the server, people UP or DOWN vote for a players suggestions, and staff can mark suggestions as Denied, Approved or In progress.

!shop: Opens the Pointshop Menu

!report Opens up the report system menu, now very easy to report rule breakers / abusers etc.

!reportadmin Opens up report system management menu (Staff Only)

Regarding Fast Download for the server: A lot of custom models, materials and sounds for the server so the amount of files add upto 600 MB at the moment so please be patient for people who connect first time.

TDM CARS PACK: The only thing not added to FastDL due to big files sizes, so please make sure you press 'Subscribe to all" on the TDM Car Pack to avoid errors: TDM Car Pack

That's it for the update, this may get edited if adding more commands or info, 0.9V Beta info update will be posted next week which will again add more features.

Halloween Special Surprise Server!

Hello all,

For Halloween I thought I'd made a surprise and set up a scary server with the game mode called: Garry's Horror! Basically I have uploaded 10 different horror maps (*Warning* Includes Image Pop ups, Flashing Lightning, Mostly Dark Rooms, Random NPC's attacking client players on the server) these maps will have you to do problem solving, find codes or key-cards to unlock next chapters, enter long dark corridors, fighting against NPC's in the dark etc.

It is great fun and you will have a laugh, we tried this out yesterday with few testers and they all loved it!

Join us tonight at 8 P.M (British Time), please join the TeamSpeak Server: 185.34.216.120:8053 We only offer 10 slots for the server as 20 slots would be too many to play the horror maps (maybe will add more slots).

So Join TS3 server tonight at 8 P.M to receive the password for the i-PhoenixRP: Halloween Special Horror Server.

Note*: FastDL is enabled all custom content and maps will auto download for you when joining.

[NEWS] New Server in Development & Brand New Forums!

Hi all,

We recently released JailBreak server which seems be running perfectly and with enough Staff to take care of it (need a Head Admin / Server Manager).

So I have recently decided with a few people that the next server for i-PhoenixRP will be a....: DarkRP which I will be working on the next few days to a week, for this DarkRP server It would be a semi-serious roleplay, so essentials to player like Hunger and thirsts will be added to the sever to make things more realistic. Announcements for the Opening will be released soon.

I am also working on a new forum with paid software, the new forum will be great with a modern and sleek design which will suit to i-PhoenixRP I'm sure you are going to love it!
