Hzar has CS:S and TF2

The Hzar CS:S server now works, and the TF2 server is nearly working. Since they are both run on the same machine i can only run one at a time, so hopefully i can time events and run the server for those events.

FYI: the ip is: 78.32.146.245
and the port is: 27015
