We need to work on our hero selections. DoTA is a very situational game and its very hard to dictate which heros are good or bad because it changes depending on the team and rival picks for that particular match however, i do think we should come up with some theory to make sure we don't end up with "team carry" and "team cant do ♥♥♥♥". It might not hurt to come up with some kind of hero ranking system and to have people post their item and skill buiilds for heros they play well. In short, become more self educating within the group and get to know each others playstyle a bit better. Just a thought. Also, it might be a good idea for members to post what type of hero they play. Myself for example am best with initiators and support, I don't much care to play carries and for hard farming.
