Hey, guys. I just met this amazing person named JC who runs a streaming group on twitch.tv.

If you're unfamiliar with twitch, it's similar to YouTube except all videos are streamed live.

It would be an injustice to JC if I said all he did was streamed his gameplay of Bioware's The Old Republic. That's an excuse, I suppose, of gathering together. His stream is about chilling with a group of awesome people, basically. He has an immense library of music that he streams. He streams videos that we can all watch together. And the community talks about anything and everything.

On top of that, JC does drawings and gives out copies of The Old Republic. This week alone 23 copies have been given out (perhaps more. The list may not have been updated since last night) including a copy of the collector's edition given out just last night. Overall, I believe the money he's spent on these copies is well into the thousands.

He's also planning to give out at least one Razer Naga.

JC runs an amazing community-- I mean, that is rather an understatement. It's a rare sort of person that brings such awesome people together.

So, if you could give JC a little love and head over to his twitch channel and kick it with us that'd be awesome. Stick around for the drawings that he does multiple times a day and have a pretty damn good chance of winning a copy of The Old Republic.

I know I posted this in the main Portal group, but I really want to get the word out there, even if it reaches just one new person. That said, Love Online is an amazing MMO developed, published, and financed by a single person. It will be released on the 25th. But, what is Love? Well... it's a massively cooperative multiplayer game. The point of it is to build and create with other players. Here's a small demo of an extremely open ended game:

Well, along with steam, Portal 2 will be going to the Mac. Yep.. You'll be able to play online with all 2 of your macintosh friends.

Physics will play a much bigger reaction, including a rumored ability to redirect pressure of an air vent via the Portal gun.

Oddly enough, you'll be playing as the same character as the original. Why would that be odd? Well, the game will be taking placed hundreds of years in the future! Seriously. Also, GlaDOS is back as well!

Co-op! You won't play as humans, though. You will each play as a single robot, possessing one portal in a separate campaign.

Get ready, kiddies, this ain't gonna be a copy of the original.
