Hey everyone, the CEVO season is nearing and we need to up the amount of time we are putting into preparing for competition. Remember, week one is inferno_ce and week two is mirage (I believe this is correct). Our inferno_ce scrim was solid in many aspects but showed lots of room for improvement--especially in terms of our A-takes, our timing/execution, and our default CT setups and audibles. Our mirage scrims were less than ideal, and I will be the first to admit that I did not perform well in them. While I want us to focus on inferno_ce in the short term, we should definitely be watching demos/POVs/promatches on mirage and learning smokes and strats so that when it comes time to practice we have a lot of things we can test out and nail down.

We are showing a lot of promise though, and I have high hopes. When we execute well we fucking dominate. Our b-take on inferno and our a-take on mirage, when we did them right, were scary good.

Regarding more managerial stuff, I've made Microwave the assistant captain along with elliot, and fire has stepped up and volunteered to be the scheduler through CEVO. I've recently got a second job and had a car wreck a few days ago so I may not be on as much as I would like to be, but I know we are all mature players and can practice when 2 or more people are online. The server info is in the csgo channel description in teamspeak, and the rcon pass is hhrconpass1 I believe. The server has a few configs uploaded that you can exec using "rcon exec <cfgname>". The names are "live", "scrim", "pregame", and "cevo". I am working on writing a practice config with sv_cheats 1, inf ammo/round times/respawns/etc.

This post turned out longer than expected, but it's all important info going forward this season. Remember: a majority of teams in cevo-o are half-assed pubstar wannabes. If we put in the work, we can blow through these jokers. I do not like to lose games, nor do I expect us to lose games. Let's rock this.
