@everyone We are actually looking for Tournament Admins for our upcoming CSGO Tournaments.
Job Description

- Manage online & Offline events as administrator for CS:GO tournaments
- Handle communication with teams/players on behalf of the company.
- Handling online qualifiers and cups for various National & International CS:GO events.
- Elaborate rule-books & design tournament formats.
- Setup of game related servers
- Create Team/players database for event marketing.
- Drive registrations for tournaments as per the event requirement.
- Secure quality of the tournaments
- Online/Offline activation of community etc.
- Plan & Execute promotional and marketing activities for CS:GO on national and international platforms.
- Keep and community active & ensure wellbeing of the Indian CS:GO community.
- Stay up to date with latest eSports news and changes happening in the CS:GO community from around the world.

MUST HAVES:

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong problem solving abilities
Exceptional communication skills
Should be comfortable working with a team
Requires knowledge of the particular game & eSports in India around that game.
Community participation and leadership qualities
Strong problem solving abilities
Diligent work ethic; flexible weekend/evening schedules
Self-motivation.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment; must be a team player.
