There is one important requirement and that is that your Steam rep profile is clean

The main focus of the job is to police the servers and make sure everybody is having a good time. That means making sure people follow the rules[www.gamersunited.eu]
and following proper procedures when kick/bans are needed.

A big part of the job is filling. Some days the servers need “help” filling up. An admins job is to in fact populate these servers. It is not the most fun job, but it’s required if you want to become an admin.

Admins will have to learn the server ruleset, chatroom rules, all procedures, quickplay, hosting events, mumble, sourcemod commands, sourcebans and lots more!
This is a short summery of the actual job. Accepted Applicant will be provided with full training. It’s a tough job, not everyone is cut out for it.
