From my home living across the atlantic in comparison to the life of Bean in SW Britain, it brings me and our entire community grief to learn of his passing on the 10th of December, 2008. Andy Lea, you will be missed by many, and are loved by all. I'm not one for many words, especially for a man I have never personally met. Online he was fun, happy, and could kick ass on cue, if he decided to stop telling jokes and messing around, that is. You are still a Gentleman Gamer of Source, will all due respect. Condolences to all friends and family, you crazy bean.

Passing of a titan.

I'm afraid I have some very bad news. I was told today that one of our first members, Baked Bean, passed away on 10th December 2008. He was a great gamer and understood the spirit of GGS perfectly. I know I will miss the witty banter and loyal in-game support he brought to TF2.
