Welcome to FUR-TEC! Do not be dispelled by our name, we welcome everybody here!

"What is FUR-TEC?" one might ask.

Well FUR-TEC is a Milito-Industrial Centric Faction for SE. Milito-Industrial means like it sounds. We are highly Militarized but also have an equally important Industrial Labor role.

Here you can be in one of the two main branches (with one third Sub-Branch): Industrial, Military, or Engineering.

Industrial: Mine, Refine, Build. The heart of FUR-TEC, the workers of the Industrial branch provide, sort, and supply all of FUR-TEC.

Military: Defend and Aquire. The shield and sword of FUR-TEC. Soldiers of FUR-TEC provide security for our workers, and also aquire resources for them to use.

Engineering: Design and Solve. FUR-TECs engineers are some of the best in the world, and can topple any task given to them. Their imporance is vital, as they provide all of the ships that become standard for other FUR-TEC members to use.

"Why FUR-TEC?"

FUR-TEC first and foremost is here to provide enjoyable and satisfying structure and security to your game in SE. Here you can work alongside your friends under the security of FUR-TECs military might. A strong and secure community is a strong faction.

If you are a Military person yourself, you will find yourself part of one of the world's most foremost Militaries. Formed and commanded by battle tested leaders. We do not fail, we do not falter.

No matter your path, there is lots of room to move up the ranks and become one of FUR-TECs highly esteemed leaders!

"What does it take to be part of FUR-TEC?"

FUR-TEC members are smart, adventurous, and brave.

This is required because life in FUR-TEC is one that is always on the frontier. Even being in our Industrial branch can be frought with danger. To be FUR-TEC is to be some of the best in the world.

"How do I join?"

Simple! Just join up here on steam and get in contact with me or one of the Branch leaders (known as "Betas"). The best way to contact us is on our forums here on Steam!

Announcement for the Weekend. Please Read if you want to be included on the Roster!

So tomorrow is the first of many "Check-Up" meetings. These meetings are designed to allow you to get together and talk to the other members of FUR-TEC and reduce disjointment.

When you come to the meeting find you closest "one up" on the chain of command and check in with them. Feel free to get to know your boss better at this stage. If your leader is not present, keep "climbing up the tree" and find another up the chain of command, he can also check you in.

If you are a leader, after your members check in you must check in yourself (with your attendance) to your commander.

The idea is every leader is responsible for his members, and must keep in touch with them as to keep things moving in the faction.

"Officers' School" Soon to Open. Paving the way for FUR-TECs Military Future.

Hello once again from FUR-TEC Command! We are excited to bring about a new initiative to FUR-TEC, an Officers' School. Dedicated to bringing about the best of our Military Talent and leadership, this should increase the quality of command and bring about a more efficient system.

If you are interested in joining as an Officer for FUR-TEC, please dont hesitate to add me here on steam and message me (or find me on dischord, shown below).

Also (for the rest of us), we have finally set up our Dischord (hopefully now our permanent communicatons home). Join below!

IMPORTANT
Another bit of news is going to be a requirement to join on dischord once every friday for now. Meet with your respective leaders (Leader of your branch) and catch up. If your leader is not present, please come to me.

Members that do not come will be eliminated from FUR-TECs roster. Do not worry if you are removed from the roster, you can always return.

Also: If >anybody< has the ability to host servers and is interested in hosting at the very minimum training sessions please contact me ASAP. It is much obliged.
