At the end of February, we will select our 6 main players (5+1). Every end of the month we will reshuffle (if needed).

Firstly, if you happen to not be in the team of 6, it doesn't mean you can't join us. You still can, it just means the top 6 will have MM prioritiy.

Secondly, if you are in the top 6, you are OBLIGATED to learn your smokes, practice your aim, and upkeep your standards.

Selection criteria (according to priority)
1. Availablity and time spent with team - We will prioritise players who play with us the most.

2. Character - no toxic behaviour.

3. Communication and teamwork - play with the team... Players who often disregard calls and do not report positions will not be given priority.

4. Individual skills - Aim, smokes, tactics, etc.

There will be 4 categories/groups:
Competitive:
1 - First team (the main 5+1)
2 - Second team (primarily acting as a second to the first team, and scrimming against the first team)
Casual:
(This will be a mixture players across all levels in the team. Each team will have an equal number of strong/stronger players.)
1 - Team A
2 - Team B
In future we may have casual/competitive matches with each other when the group is bigger.
