Say goodbye to ya kneecaps chucklehead!!!

Yo. So, I figured that I'd make a post letting you guys know what I'll expect from you this season. Those of you who were with me last season know that I was more lenient on just getting some competitive experience in. Well, now that's changed. We are still doing this to gain even more competitive experience, yes; But now we are aimed more towards getting up in the ranks.

So, here's the two biggest things that I expect from you;


This doesn't apply to subs as much as it applies to mains, obviously. But if you are going to commit yourself to this team, that also means comitting time out of your daily life to this team. I don't want to be scrambling to find an available sub or have to pull in a ringer during a pregame. If you can't be available often, then maybe you should re-consider your position. (Again, subs have more leeway on this topic.)


It's time to step up your game. There are several ways that you can do this personally, which includes, but is not limited to;

• Playing lobbies on tf2center.com.
  
• Participating in "Casual" matchmaking.
  
• For 6's classes, participating in "Competitive" matchmaking.
  
• Playing on Skial servers.
  
• Requesting and receiving advice from a mentor.
  
• Watching and analyzing platinum scrims/matches on YouTube.
  
• Going over map reviews for the next map.
  
• Participating in MGE matches with other teammates.

And those are just a few ways that you can hone your skills individually. I'll say it again; It's time to step up your game. How are you going to improve yourself to help make us a kick-ass team?



So that's my whole spiel on that. tl;dr as long as you're available a lot and you're constantly trying to get better, you're good.
