RULES:

- MAINPOINT is to have fun between players.. :)
- Always respect rivals, dont troll too much we have to show our good attitude and that we are a civilised team
- We also want respect and a good atmosphere in our team ( if theres any problem, talk over it no1 will bite you! )
- If you got something like: Tip for the teamplay or if anyone does a mistake, dont talk behind the back , lets try to solve it together
- Any reason of hard discrimination = kick
- Rage/Frust/whatever is bad for the team, is not allowed... even if u have a bad day
- If u want to share something with us (ofc whatsapp pictures too) tell the leaders, and we can open a topic about it or a discussion :)
- We also do not tolerate bad attitude.. means no leaving during game, insulting other enemies/players, insulting players of our own team during the game.. and so on

Theres still a lot of time to become a decent top team..

The Journey has its End.

As The title says our journey ended right before season 2.

Season1: i decided to comeback and get esf up, i just recruited old friends i knew so we quikly became a team. We fighted our way up and recruited better and better players. Our Teamspirit grew very much and we became 4th place

I am very proud of myself and of you guys who rly spent lots of times to improve, to stay loyal and to get better as a team. But every story has its end and probably its a sign of god that esf will go down. Anyways i would thank all of you guys it was an amazing time with u and specially thanks to tsubby and camper which helped me very much the last 2-3 weeks to improve esf and to help me, but its not enough, i have to focus on my reallife more and to help my mother which underwent a surgery 2 weeks ago andshe still needs a lot of help, cant carry the team alone anymore so im rly sad that the team will go down. We had few ppl who were rly snitchy 4 DAYS before deadline and i know that ESF could have been a top team in a short timespan.

I hope i didnt disappoint anyone, but i learned to stop focusing so much on a dead game anymore... i did a lot for the team and gave my best for this perfect teamatmosphere but as we cant find anyone to lead, i guess that we are going seperate ways...

Im very sorry to announce that and i rly enjoyed playing with all of you guys and i wish you guys all the luck and all the best in the future..

I hope we can all remain our friendships and maybe we find a team where we can still play together in it, but for now my journey with esf is over since i have no power anymore and im not motivated anymore, i hope u guys can understand me and i hope that no1 will be mad on me and we still enjoy writing in chat or playing games.

We just cant keep the amount of activity up, and before we mess up the team its better for us to split our ways..

End of Season 1 (IMPORTANT!!)

Well guys, the community did the vote and its clear that season 1 will come to its end today.

I just wanted to thank you all, who made that possible and all of u who participated to make it possible to improve ESF very much in this few Months.

ESF got up again arround 29th September and is STILL up since TODAY, which
are arround 4 months already and i wanted to tell u that im very proud to be a part of it!

Anyways, seasons came to its end and S2 will start in 1-2 months probably.. and if we want to get better and better we need to do the things we used to do and improve from match to match.

Now about some personal things. Does anyone plan to leave for another team/project, if so type me personal on steam, so that the leadership can plan for changes. I will ask everyone personally anyways to see how it will go. Anyways, we made it to the 4th Rank, close behind the 3rd Place IRK and we proved the last weeks that we can beat any team if we focus and use strong line ups.

That mean if we keep working like we used to do we can get to the top one day but that means that requires a few VERY IMPORTANT THINGS:
- Loyality untill the team is dead.
- Teamplay
- As less Ego as possible
- Good Attitude/Discipline (yea still have fun dw :P)
- Use Discord more for communication ( it really helps us a lot to get a very better team)
- Strong/Loyal Leadership

Enjoy those free days now and i will talk to everyone to see how its going futher with our team, i hope everyone of u enjoys in ESF and also enjoys the engagement of the leaders.

If u have questions, improvements, something to say, i would please u to post something, that would be very kind.

Hopefully the era of ESF will go on and hopefully we will write history one day, this will not be the last day of ESF, ESF will go down at the day when i retire forever from ka_soccer!

VIVA ESF!! and thank you all for that nice time, and hopefully we will still have nice time with soccer/CSGO/RL and many other games. !!!
