I have a fresh Army Men: Air Combat walkthrough, in-depth! All game modes (1P, 4P/3P/2P MP, 2P Co-Op) shown, with all the latest enhancements. This is as complete as it gets! For those that are curious, this is a PS1->N64 conversion port that came out a year later, it does have some differences, but not as dramatic as in Sarge's Heroes.

This would get tricky. Ebay and any store that would sell used phsyical copies. There's no other way right now. Unless you check PS store if they sell PS1 titles. I haven't checked myself.
