Getting started

To setup your subscription login to your account at http://www.soe.com/ activate your Steam 'CD Key' and enter your details. the first charge should be free, if you have activated your CD Key properly.

You can find the Steam 'CD Key" under Library, click on the game and look for 'CD Key' on the right hand side of the screen

contact Steam about the Issue, it could be a Possible Flaw in their CD Key Authentication Server.

i had a simlar problem for Star Trek Online

I've managed to sort mines out fine. Although I did have a couple issues at first.

I keep getting technical issues with the CD Key, so I guess the site is playing up. Anyone else get this?
