They all sound terribly painful, how about, I just stick the bag over my head and sit in the corner? I'll put it on one of the compartments that isn't filled with sweets, joy, and happiness?

Admin is a key, ideally positive addition to any set of servers. We have all seen servers without any admin and how they can sometimes be fine and sometimes be lame. We have also seen servers where the admins allow themselves to be trolled or worse yet, become trolls of a sort themselves. Why does any of this matter? Is of course because we would like our servers to be as successful as possible and therefore: as playable to as wide an audience as possible. We all know that gamers are a very diverse group and each demographic has its own upsides and downsides. The younger players will more likely play more than they donate and the older players will be more likely to donate, and since they have jobs play a lil less. Which is more important? Well neither really. Without the kids fillin the servers when the grownups with money to spend on e-land fun stuff show up, the cycle breaks down.
