I will define each word so you know what it means.
Server IP is what server you look up and enter example : us 1479
Time is what time the squad will be enabled in gameplay
Squad is what the name of the squad is example : Squad Alpha
Player is the name of the person Im assigning it to example : evan13g
OP's (Other Players) are the other players in the squad.
Squad passcode is what each member has to say to one another to prove they are apart of the group example : recruit now we type it in through the actual game using direct communication.
Location Meet is where we meet Location Hit is where we are looting
and Location End is where we are ending the game
Now each member will sooner or later get a job.
Jobs are assigned in your squad mission
Assualt Jobs
Close Quarters (CQ) close quarter you will always be the first to check if the building is safe
Medium Range (MR) basic medium range in between CQ and LR's
Long Range (LR) sniper looking for other players intervening with squad mission.
Medical Jobs
Grub Master (GM) carry's food for the group
Medic (Medic) carry's and treats all conditions
These jobs will be assigned in your squad message
You can ask to change jobs if you are not up to the one assigned

Explanation of Direct Communication.
In dayz to talk this group will use that in game.
While playing the game you use these keys : < > to select Direct Communication
the other types of chats are group vehicle and direct.
one selected go to your meet up point or close by and enter your squad passcode people should then start to talk talk to you.
Direct Communication means talking to people in or around your area so if your in cherno you cant talk to people in the airfield

Members of DayzRecruit Pay attention these are the squads you are assigned to five people per squad now each squad has one leader for each group. Then that leader will tell me the squad info (exactly like top fill in the parentheses) and I will post on announcements.
