This is a realism based server. We strive to make this game as team based and as objective based as possible. Meaning we do not go out and just hunt for kills. We work as a team to get the objective completed.

Take the extra buytime each round to put together a plan. Use the 9 minute long round times to execute those plans. Whether the map be a hostie rescue or a diffuse map, the objective team can take as little or as much time as needed to execute their plan.
