Noob to Pro group

We allow people of "any" rank, skill, etc. Noob to pro doesn't mean we boost your accounts, it means we can teach you, maybe introduce you to matchmaking. The idea of noob to pro was given to me when I've gone from nothing to DMG in two months. You don't have to add yourself, but feel free to do it.
