"Clan Leaders inTeamwork" was originally a friendly clan, having fun was the main focus of the clan. As of late CLIT has changed it's priority's and are now working towards a higher level of competitive play. The clan's main focus is still having fun, but obtaining a higher level of skill and teamwork.
In the recruitment process we look more to what kind of person you are, skill is a must but not as important as chemistry. If we don't work well with you, teamwork will be almost impossible to establish.
The name CLIT refers to the fact that there is no sole leader, but a gathering of leaders that work together to improve the clan and manage it...
