So 3 days ago the props that brian and some others made were gone and we feel the need to put an application for the Flags

For the Staff on the other hand if we find out its one of you that been removing the props or unperming without the permission from Brian or I or the people who built it we will demote u and u will not get Tools access

Hello everyone, this is a quick announcement to inform you all of some updates I will be making to the server in the near future as well as letting you know that leadership positions are available in certain factions, which will be listed below.

Firstly, I will be brining in people to act as Commisioners of the Civil Workers Union. These people will have to manage over the CWU, organise larger work events, support and encourage businesses and just make civillian rp more interesting in general. If you like Civillian RP, leading people, working with others and can be active on the server, please contact me over steam so I can discuss the role in further detail with you as well as the requirements for having the role.

Secondly, I will be looking for a new full time Sectorial Commander. Ryder has temporarily taken over the role however I need him to mostly take command of the Overwatch Forces instead of CCA. You should be in the CCA of at least the rank 05. If you want to apply for this role, contact me over steam, same reasons as you would for Civil Workers Union.

Also, it'd be good to see more people starting businesses so I have come up with a few business ideas that people may want to consider.

If we want to make citizen RP more interesting, it has to be a community effort and people will have to want to make it work, however I will say that I know civillian RP can be interesting especially when you consider that you can work to join other factions, such as the Rebels, CCA, CWU or even part of the Administration Staff.

Another small change will be that it will now require 25 Loyalist Points to join the CCA. You can also be denied at the discretion of High Ranking CCA above the rank of OfC.

Finally, you can expect to see additional changes in the CCA, OTA and CWI as I aim to make the roles more interesting and fun to play and make it more popular than the rebels.

Hello my friends.

Just a annoucement on Clarity Gaming's other server. It is going to be based off of the Half-Life mod Paranoia. I am hoping it will be at a good enough rate to where players can play and enjoy themselves. I am guessing anywhere from 1-3 weeks it will be done. After that... updates, fixes, etc. will take place.

There will be a staff meeting today to discuss a recent issue that has came up relating to someone creating a rank without my permission which inherits rights from administrator, making it a more powerful rank than Moderator and then proceeding to promote someone without my permission. If you did this, you can either own up to it over steam and we can discuss it there or we can waste time at the staff meeting trying to find out who is responsible... either way, it's your choice.

As well as this, I have a few other things I'd like to discuss and welcome our two new staff members to the.... staff club?

Hello everyone, this is an announcement informing everyone of the gamemode change and other important updates made to the server. Chances are it will be very long, yet it is important to read all of it as your character may be affected.

Firstly, all of your characters have been saved and you can continue from where you left off. The first major change is that we have moved back to City 08, which I believe is beneficial for the resistance and the citizens. However, some characters will be removed or changed due to the fact that they will not work with the new changes that I have planned. I will talk about those affected by this over steam but I'd like to point out now that I will no longer be accepting mercs working with the Universal Union, it will just be OTA/CCA.

Secondly, player kills have also been updated where if a rebel attacks the city and dies while in the City, that will count as a PK. The same rules apply for CCA that go to the Outlands or past the combine checkpoints in the sewers and into the "Rebel Zone". As for regular citizens that die, you will not be PKed unless it is RPed, meaning that a /me is used to kill you and you fail the /roll. So, CCA will not be permitted into the outlands and rebels can only come to the city if they feel confident enough to and if they die, they will have to start fresh as it will be a PK. Also, rebels are no longer allowed to attack the city unless at least 4 CCA are active at the time. The same applies for CCA attacking the restiance, at least 4 resistance must be online for them to enter the outlands.

Thirdly, I will be reviewing peoples ranks in the CCA and CWU, ensuring that nobody has too many characters. I may also make it against the rules for CCA to have a rebel character, but that is still under consideration. The resistance leader should also start assigning people ranks and setting up a ranking structure if he has not done so already.

There will be quite a lot more changes happening ICly, but that will be discussed IC instead of here as it's simply easy for me since I'm tired and busy today... so yeah. Although, there will be a staff reconsideration and training put into place, from now on if I find someone better and more active than you for staff, I WILL replace you. So make sure you tell me if you can't be active for whatever reason etc...
