**expanding the sparky aiming community into what could be a sparky aiming community network, however.

I'd imagine this group was made public in an effort to increase community engagement, but it's my belief that simply making THIS particular steam group public dilutes what made training for sparky's motivational to begin with so it's demotivating for newer members to engage in this community as well as also being frustrating/demotivational for those of us who've been here since the beginning, which will inevitably result in stagnation and less community engagement. Make a separate public steam page. Keep this one private for those who've grinded for hundreds of hours in kovaaks. Community engagement is not equal to everyone's invited when the reason people wanted to be a part of it to begin with was because of exclusivity and the feeling of pride in ones own accomplishment and dedication. Community engagement is probably much closer to equal to expanding the Sparky Aiming community, however.

Disappointed that this group was made public. Would have much preferred instead for a new steam group to have been made to serve publicly as a place for newer players to train aim together and receive aim advice from more experienced "sparky certified" aimers/coaches. Something like a "sparky university" that helps out newer players until they're able to meet the criteria required to call themselves a sparky aimer would be so much better in terms of building motivation for newer players to train rather than what WILL happen which is a ton of people lurking here (devaluing what it means to be a SPARKY AIMER) never engaging in the community, or even pursue their own improvement as an aimer.
