Rockstar support has not helped me for about 7 months in a row
I'm reaching out here in the hope that you will see my message.
I would like to ask you to talk to me about the Rockstar account "kurales19". The thing is, this account belongs to me, as I originally got it from the Epic Games Store during the free giveaway on May 17, 2020.
I have video evidence, screenshots, a purchase receipt, and emails with timestamps showing when the email and password were changed. However, Rockstar support has not helped me for 7 months in a row, repeatedly sending refusals.
Please, help me restore my account.
