Rules on boosting:

Once a price is negotiated based on conditions/ranks etc., the customer pays the money. Once money is recieved, we ask for account details to which we then carry out the boost. One of our high ranking boosters will do the job. He/she will play in offline mode, not speak to anyone, not add anyone, and play until they have completed the boost. No skins or in no way will the account being played on be messed around with. Once we log into the account, the accounts inventory is locked due to steam guard and we cannot do anything to your account. You can spectate the games from another account if you wish but we ask that you not log in to the account until the boost is done. Once the boost is complete, we will message you via steam/facebook/email or any other communication method, and give you the account back and delete all existing usernames/passwords of that account.
