Nip have been having mixed results lately. They got destroyed by fnatic on infernoñ but also beat VP on train and mouz on overpass. I've never really seen them dominate after switching IGL's. To me, they just seemed mediocre lately, allowing teams much weaker than them to get a lot of rounds.



Titan on the other hand have been doing pretty well the last few games. They best Fnatic on cache 19-15, which was very impressive, as well as beating Navi 16-11 on overpass. That was very impressing as well because Navi are usually very good on overpass.



To me, Titan have always been the most inconsistent team. One day they can beat any team, and the next they lose to a t3 team. Whether they win or not usually depends on whether Kenny is hitting his shots and if everyone else is holding their own weight. Recently I've been very impressed by maniac and ex6tence, who both seem to be doing a lot better. When everyone on titan is doing well, they are an extremely good team, comparable with the likes of TSM and Fnatic. However their inconsistency is really what's holding them back.



The map is cache, which was picked by NIP. Both teams are good on it, although I'd say titan can comfortably call cache their "home" map. With titan"s recent results on cache which include beating Fnatic, I'd give them a slight advantage on this map.



With titan's recent performance as well as their prowess on this map, I think the odds are realistically 50-50 or at best 55-45 for NIP. Therefore I will probably be placing a small bet on Titan. Titan are a team that either shows up and are capable of beating every team, or just can't hit shots or gets stomped, so every game involving them is risky.

This will be a BO1 on overpass.



Dignitas are a team I like to call tier 1.5. They can beat t1 teams, but not consistently enough to be called t1. I would say that titan, mouz, and DIG are all tier 1.5. They have lost their last 4 games, which is important to note. However, most of these teams where all t1, such as NIP and Envy.



VP on the other hand have been on a hot streak lately, winning all their recent matches besides a close game with NIP. I'd like to believe that they fixed their virtus.throw problems, but I need to see some consistency before I can confidently say that.



This match is for ESEA, and doesn't really mean that much. It is more important to VP, because they already qualified for the LAN and are competing for better seeding. Dignitas already cannot make the LAN.



Last time these 2 teams played, VP won on mirage 16-5. However that game Dignitas had some serious connection issues, as they were getting ddosssssed and had time play multiple rounds 4v5.



Overall, VP is the better team, although they seem to really like to lose to DIG. Out of all the matches in the past between these 2, dig has won around 70% of the times. I'd definitely keep that in mind, as this is a bo1 and the chance for upset is high.



At the current odds (70-30), I do not feel comfortable betting medium on VP. Therefore I will just place a low bet on DIG. They probably won't win, but maybe virtus.throw will show up.

EnVyUs are the home team, meaning they picked the map.



EnVyUs have just recently finished the StarLadder LAN. They came in 2nd place, losing to Navi in the finals. I don't known if recently finishing a LAN will affect their performance, but they might be a little tired. Envy had some mixed results at the LAN. They lost to teams they should've won, such as flipside and Gplay. Nonetheless, they made it to the finals, by besting HR, Navi, and G2 in the group stages, as well as redeeming themselves vs Gplay in the semifinals. Before the LAN, nV were doing very well, winning almost all of their games, many against t1 teams.



NIP have been having mixed results as well. They lost to Fnatic (badly) multiple times in the past few weeks, but also beat VP in OT on train, as well as mouz ans DIG, all of which are formidable teams. If you ask me how they have been doing, I'd say mediocre.



The map is cache, which favors envy slightly. This is their best map, and they showed it at the LAN by winning all their games on cache. NIP are by no means bad at this map, but I feel like they aren't as good.



Keep in mind that this is a t1 vs t1 matchup, meaning either team can win. nV are better on This map, but they might be tired from the Starseries lan, which may affect their performance. This Is a risky game to bet on, so don't bet more than a small bet on either team.

Epsilon vs Piter



This will be a BO3 Online match



This us going to be an interesting match. This is the first time these 2 teams have ever faced off, so no one really knows what to expect.



Eplison have been doing pretty good for a team of their caliber. They took a map of Gplay in a BO3, as well as beating ESC multiple times. In addition, they best LDLC Blue on inferno, but also lost to NR on the same map.



Piter on the other hand have just recently come of another disappointing LAN, losing to teams much weaker than them. However at this point I already expect it from them, as they have never done well at a LAN. However they were doing pretty well online before th a LAN, and this will be a online map.



Overall, this is a risky match to bet on. These teams have never faced off before, and are both at around the same skill level. I'd give a slight advantage to Eplison because of their recent performances but not that much of an advantage. Piter online I'd very different from Piter LAN, so a chance of upset is high.
