Im raffling away my Bills Hat painted with After Eight!

It costs 1 Refined to join, and the winner will be chose using Random.org

The winner will be announced when the Raffle is over, that will say when all the 30 slots are taken. The winner will receive the bills hat when s/he is online and they tell me they're online!

How to join: Tell me you want to join, then I will write up your steam name on a list, the list will then be typed into Random.org.
When I wrote up your name, you have to send me 1 Refined metal, and your all setup and then the winner will be announced as said above!
