No Offline Raid Protection, but stonewalls are sturdy enough
Dedicated Server with Stats beyond the 70slot system requirements.

Rules:

No racism/discremination
Don't block off large caves
No Spawnrape, grinding people on the beach
No obsessively killing passive dinos or raiding the same person/tribe.

Punishment:

#1: 1h ban to cool someone off
#2: 1day ban to calm down a bit
#3 (Capital Punishment): The Character/Tribe gets deleted out of the DB, so the Player/Tribe has to start with lvl1 fresh spawn
#X ♥♥♥♥♥ Ban: Only the most trolly people, hatespeaking on the server or using hacks/cheats/aimbots gets perma banned

Admin wiped the server w/ no notice days after launching.
Admin also did a 180 with the new rules - suddenly the server is x200 for everything and no rules in PvP.
Stay away from this guy and anything he does.
