The days of leaving fellow brethren and council members behind on a lonely crusade are over. It stands against everything in the gospel and will no longer go unpunished. If such a rarity occurs, a councilmen must file using our formal document. Councilmen will then vote on the legitimacy of the tardiness. THE DAYS OF COUNCIL TRUANCY ARE OVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
