THEN WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR, HIPPIE? COME AND PLAY SOME GODDAMN HIGHLANDER WITH US!

We are a group of experienced tf2 players who want to make the transition from lobby/ pub to competitive play.

We currently have one team representing us in their debut season in ETF2L Division 6.

Our aim is to put together a highlander team or teams who want to have fun competitively. We would much rather play with people who are friendly and good fun than with tf2 gods who have the personality of a partially-digested sausage roll.

If you have a question that cannot be answered here then please contact a group admin. Please understand our moderators and admins do work for other sources and get very busy from time to time.

Barnblitz friday?

So a fellow named Sheep who some of you may know from Fat66 added me, and wants to scrim Barnblitz with us on Friday night.

We don't have a game this week but it should be fun.

Let me know if you're available so I can let him know if we can put together a team for a friendly match.

End of the Season. Well played everyone!

Our week 5 match has been cancelled because the team we were going toplay has dropped out of the competition.

Apologies to those players who were going to play next week.

On the bright side...

This means our debut season is now over with a 4-1 win-loss record (including 1 default win). For a new team with no comp experience to finish their first season with a 4-1 record is quite an achievement, so well done to you all!

Whether we finish second or third in our league table will depend on the result of O'Rly vs We Can't Push Last next week, but being as we beat O'Rly and lost to We Can't Push Last, it's safe to assume we'll finish second in the table.

We will keep playing regular lobbies and scrims in the off-season and I hope we will be entering Highlander Season 5 in-form and, hopefully, in a new division! Our winning record this season should hopefully mean a successful application to compete in Division 5 next season. Fingers crossed!

There will be some roster changes in the near future, as both myself (demoman main) and Rusty (soldier main) were off-classing this season to accommodate other players. It's only fair that we should get an opportunity to play our mains next season. I would, however, love the team to stick together, and so hopefully other players will be willing to return the favour and off-class to accommodate us. I think we have an excellent and enthusiastic group of players and I consider all of you my proper internet best mates (you all would easily make the guest list to my internet birthdays, and even maybe my internet wedding. Except rovle. What a dick.).

We'll have an informal meet up in mumble and on a pub server some time in the near future to chat over all this stuff and see what you guys think. So stay tuned.

Withdrawing from the team, seems too much of a hassle + I am in my last year of school and I will have not much time to play with the team. Wish the team the best luck in the future!
