How does everyone feel about having a two team system.

I originally planned on having one 5 man consisting of me and a few others but I got a staggering amount of people looking for a team. So now I think it would be better rather than to turn people away to create a second lineup for MM.

Right now I have an idea to make two teams based on hours of playtime. Everyone here is GNM-MGE but I want to have both teams being a variety i.e. one team cant be all MG's and the other all Gold 4's. So regardless of rank you will get put into an hours of play bracket for example 200-600 hours will be one team and 600+ will be the other.

Thoughts on this?
