Random freezing while playing :)

So, I just recently started playing dota again and one of the first things I noticed was every so often the game would simply freeze. Just out of nowhere, i'll be getting 40-50 frames (Yes, I have a poop computer) And then it just freezes, It doesn't slowly go away over time either, Does anyone happen to have a solution to fix this? I really wanna get back into this game.

Right, and I'm running the game on lowest settings (except normal maps specular and animated hero portrait enabled.)

And the solution is enter library and right click dota 2
press properties
click local files
click view integrity of game cache
anyone else with the problem should get fixed
